The HUB: Expanding Care for Snoqualmie Valley
A major Snoqualmie Valley Health expansion bringing more specialty care, more access, and more convenience close to home.
Completing in early 2027, the HUB will expand services across radiology, lab, pharmacy, surgery, specialty clinics, infusion, and outpatient rehab for adults and pediatrics, with more to follow. The project also supports planned growth that will nearly double our staff by 2030.
The HUB will include 4 operating rooms, 33 exam rooms, a retail pharmacy, community event space, a three-story rock climbing gym, a full-service restaurant and more. To improve safety and traffic flow, a new traffic light will be installed and timed to coordinate with the surrounding signals, and the building will be accessible via two separate driveways.

Exciting progress continues at The HUB as crews move closer to completing major exterior and site work!
Sidewalk, curb and gutter work is wrapping up throughout the east parking lot, with crews preparing for final paving toward Snoqualmie Parkway. Landscaping and planting will follow, with final paving anticipated to be complete by October 5.
Inside and around the building, the elevators are nearly complete and awaiting inspection, canopy installation is underway, and the remaining exterior siding will be finished once the construction lift is removed.
Several of The HUB’s community amenities are also beginning to take shape. Concrete has been poured for the outdoor fire pit, which is expected to be functional in October, and installation of the climbing wall is scheduled to begin September 14.
Progress is also being made on the new traffic signal that will improve access to the campus. The City has approved the signal, with overnight construction expected to begin mid-September.
