The HUB: Expanding Care for Snoqualmie Valley
A major Snoqualmie Valley Health expansion bringing more specialty care, more access, and more convenience close to home.
Completing in early 2027, the HUB will expand services across radiology, lab, pharmacy, surgery, specialty clinics, infusion, and outpatient rehab for adults and pediatrics, with more to follow. The project also supports planned growth that will nearly double our staff by 2030.
The HUB will include 4 operating rooms, 33 exam rooms, a retail pharmacy, community event space, a three-story rock climbing gym, a full-service restaurant and more. To improve safety and traffic flow, a new traffic light will be installed and timed to coordinate with the surrounding signals, and the building will be accessible via two separate driveways.

Construction crews are making significant strides on both the exterior and interior of the building.
Exterior metal panels continue to be installed, giving the building its distinctive look, while work has begun on building signage, sidewalks, landscaping, and planters surrounding the campus. Inside, the building is quickly taking shape. Ceiling installation is underway in the future operating rooms, flooring and tile work are progressing in the kitchen, and teams are installing ceiling grids, casework, and infrastructure throughout each level of the building.
Over the coming weeks, construction will continue with painting, interior finishes, roadway signalization, and completion of the south parking area. While construction is exciting to watch, it’s what these spaces will soon provide that matters most.
