Jocelyn Cooper, MD
Jocelyn Cooper, MD is an allergy/immunology physician dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for adult and pediatric patients. Dr. Cooper is board-certified in internal medicine and has specialized training in allergy and immunology. She offers diagnostic and personalized treatment plans for a wide range of issues, including seasonal and perennial allergies, asthma, food allergies, urticaria, and eczema.
After earning a medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., Dr. Cooper completed her residency training in internal medicine at the University of Washington, followed by a fellowship in allergy and immunology at University of Washington/Seattle Children’s Hospital. She also completed a Master of Science in Microbiology/Immunology from Tulane University School of Medicine. As a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (AAAAI) and the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (ACAAI), Dr. Cooper stays at the forefront of advances in the field.
Dr. Cooper takes a thoughtful and patient-centered approach, emphasizing patient and family education and long-term management strategies to improve quality of life.
Dr. Cooper is originally from Johnson City, TN. In her free time, she enjoys live music, running, cross-country skiing, and spending time with her partner and dog.
