SNOQUALMIE, WA – Snoqualmie Valley Health is excited to announce two upcoming Flu Shot Clinic dates, open to both established and new patients. These clinics will be held in Snoqualmie Valley Health’s Hospital Clinic on Saturday, Oct. 19 and Saturday, Nov. 9, and will help the community stay protected during flu season. Please note that appointments are required for each individual or family member needing a vaccine.

Cost of Vaccine
- Self-pay: $35
- Insurance accepted. New patients should bring their insurance ID card and a photo ID.
Important Information
- Each family member must have an individual appointment.
- Patients must be at least six-months of age.
- Be sure to bring all necessary identification and insurance documentation.
