SNOQUALMIE, WA – Snoqualmie Valley Health (SVH) is proud to welcome Jacob Apopei, MSN, ARNP, PMHNP-BC to its Psychiatry and Behavioral Health team, expanding access to comprehensive mental health services for patients across the Snoqualmie Valley.
Jacob is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who provides care to patients ages 7 and above. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Regis College and brings over four years of experience as a psychiatric nurse in both inpatient and acute care settings, including Seattle Children’s Hospital and Fairfax Hospital.
His clinical interests include mood, psychotic, obsessive-compulsive, attentional, and trauma-related disorders. Jacob takes a collaborative, patient-centered approach, combining clinical expertise with each patient’s lived experience to support lasting mental health outcomes.
“I’m excited to join this team and serve the Snoqualmie Valley population,” said Apopei. “Providing community-centered, inclusive care to a diverse range of patients means meeting people where they are, listening to their stories, and supporting them on their journey toward better mental health.”
Originally from Nebraska and raised on the Eastside, he now lives in Seattle with his partner, Ellie, and their two cats. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys Russian literature, industrial music, and spending time with family.
Appointments with Jacob Apopei, ARNP, are now available.
