Whether it’s an annual checkup, treatment for a sudden illness, or support in handling a long-term condition, Snoqualmie Valley Health’s primary care providers—whether you think of them as your General Practitioner, PCP, or trusted Doctor’s Office—are here to deliver skilled medical care, ensuring your well-being and long-term health.

Snoqualmie Valley Health operates two primary care clinics that focus on family medicine for all ages. The clinics are staffed with a diverse team of board-certified providers, including nurse practitioners and medical doctors. Our providers have specializations in pediatric care including neurodiverse patients, internal medicine, women’s health and weight management. We accept various insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.

Alicia Beecroft, ARNP

Alicia is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner at our Snoqualmie Valley Health Clinics. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner at the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. Alicia is dedicated to high-quality care and establishing genuine partnerships with patients to help them achieve their health goals. Her interest in family medicine, allows her to address the diverse healthcare needs of individuals and families. She sees patients of all ages.

Internal Medicine

Roxanne Hicks, MD

Dr. Roxanne Hicks is an internal medicine physician with special interests in primary care, women’s health and health systems. She believes all patients should be listened to, and deserve to receive high quality evidence-based care. She sees patients 18 and older.

Dr. Hicks grew up in Tacoma and received her medical degree and completed her residency at the University of Washington and University of Washington Medical Center. She also spent over three years in research at Seattle Children’s.

In medical school she was elected to the AOA honor society for academic achievement. She was awarded the Robert S. Evans Award from the University of Washington for reflecting the qualities of warmth, understanding, and concern for the needs of others. Dr. Hicks was also awarded the Tina Juul-Dam Primary Care Award from the University of Washington for embracing the principles and responsibilities of primary care, providing exemplary service and being an inspiration to others.

She is married to her longtime partner who she shares three cats with. Dr. Hicks also enjoys camping, skiing, karaoke, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Pediatric Medicine

Neeta Jain, MD

Neeta Jain, MD, is a pediatrician dedicated to providing compassionate, family-centered care for children from birth through adolescence. She has a special interest in developmental and behavioral pediatrics, helping children and families navigate concerns related to growth, learning, and emotional well-being.

Dr. Jain earned her medical degree from Lala Lajpat Rai Medical College in Meerut, India, and completed her pediatric residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. She also completed an observership at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford, where she further developed her interest in developmental and behavioral pediatrics. Dr. Jain has additional training in early autism identification through STAT-MD training for early autism diagnosis from the Vanderbilt Kennedy TRIAD Center and holds certification through an Autism Center of Excellence. She also completed fellowship training in behavioral health at Stanford, equipping her with advanced expertise in evaluating and supporting children with developmental and behavioral concerns.

In addition to general pediatric care, Dr. Jain provides pediatric behavioral health services, including autism assessments for children ages 18 months to 36 months, holistic ADHD care, and support for anxiety and depression in elementary and middle school-aged children. She works closely with children and their families to understand each child’s unique needs and develop personalized care plans that support healthy development, emotional resilience, and long-term well-being.

With more than two decades of experience in pediatrics, Dr. Jain has practiced in both rural and urban communities, including the Midwest, Chicago, and Seattle. She is passionate about serving families in the Snoqualmie Valley and strives to build strong, trusting relationships with the children and parents she cares for. Dr. Jain approaches each patient as if they were a member of her own family, focusing on thoughtful listening, compassionate care, and long-term partnerships that support children’s health and development. She has been voted Best Pediatrician in the Valley 2025.

Her professional interests include parenting and family education, early childhood and adolescent development, developmental and behavioral pediatrics, and preventive care that supports healthy growth from birth through age 18.

Outside of her practice, Dr. Jain enjoys reading, walking, gardening, traveling, and spending time with family over a good cup of coffee. She is the proud mother of two college-aged daughters.

Family Medicine

Shantal Postiglione, ARNP

Shantal Postiglione, DNP, ARNP, FNP-BC, joined the SVH Primary Care team in January of 2022. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner who cares for patients of all ages across the lifespan. She is accepting new patients and is a member of our Wellness Provider and Women’s Health teams.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Hawaii, and after five years of various nursing experience in the United States Army, and another three years as a civilian registered nurse, she obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in Family Medicine from University of Washington. Shantal is also an active member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Puget Sound Nurse Practitioner Association.

Shantal strongly believes that establishing a trusted provider and patient partnership builds a stronger foundation in the journey to wellness. Her areas of health interest include women’s health, preventative health and wellness, chronic disease management, and weight management which includes expertise in body composition scans.

In her spare time, Shantal enjoys exploring the outdoors in the PNW with her husband, three children, family and friends.

Family Medicine

Kaylin Reeve, ARNP

Kaylin Reeve, DNP, ARNP, FNP-C, is a primary care provider and Fall City resident who accepts patients across the entire lifespan. As part of the SVH Team, she is passionate about providing equitable care to all patients with a focus on preventive wellness. Her clinical interests are preventative medicine, telemedicine, diabetes management and transitional care. Kaylin is also a member of our Women’s Health Team.

Originally from San Diego, Kaylin has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She received both her RN and DNP from Seattle University. Before joining SVH in 2019 as a nurse in our inpatient unit, Kaylin worked in pediatric home health.

In her free time, she loves paddle boarding and hiking with her husband.

Rachel Robison, ARNP

Rachel Robison, MSN, ARNP, FNP-BC, has served the health care needs of the Snoqualmie Valley community, where she has raised her three children, for nearly 20 years. By living and working in the Valley, Rachel’s commitment to improving the health and wellness of her patients extends to their families and greater community. She blends her professional and personal experience to foster therapeutic relationships to best support the uniqueness of each person she cares for.

From 2015-2022, Rachel’s clinical expertise expanded into leadership where she served as Clinical Practice Director for Snoqualmie Valley Health Clinics. In 2023, she returned to her roots as a primary care provider for all ages at Snoqualmie Ridge Medical Clinic and is accepting new patients.

Her clinical expertise includes supporting the unique needs of teens and young adults, inclusive care, mental health and coping with life transitions, perimenopause symptom management, weight management, sleep disorders and caregiver support through terminal illness. She is also a member of our Women’s Health Team.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, supporting the UW Husky and WSU Cougar rivalry, fashion and interior decorating. Rachel is also a trustee on the Snoqualmie Valley Health Foundation board.

Pediatric Medicine

Jordan Wallace, MD

Dr. Jordan Wallace believes that every child has the right to a healthy and fulfilling life. He is committed to providing high quality medical care that is evidence-based and equitable for all patients and families. He completed medical school at the University of Washington, followed by his residency at Seattle Children’s Hospital, where he gained extensive experience caring for children with a range of complex health needs. He was a hospitalist at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital on their pediatric cardiology unit, caring for children with complex congenital heart disease, prior to coming to Snoqualmie Valley Health.

As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Dr. Wallace enjoys working with gender diverse youth; fostering family relationships, supporting the exploration of gender, as well as helping patients cope with mental health challenges that are often associated with gender diversity. He is committed to providing inclusive healthcare that meets the needs of diverse youth in the Snoqualmie Valley community. With extensive experience in large hospital centers, Dr. Wallace also enjoys working with patients who have multiple medical conditions and advocating for families trying to navigate complex medical systems. He is excited to join Snoqualmie Valley Hospital as a primary care pediatrician at the Ridge Clinic and continue to expand the resources available to youth in the greater Snoqualmie area.

In his free time, Dr. Wallace enjoys photography, traveling, gardening, and weightlifting, which help him maintain a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.

Pasupuleti

Internal Medicine

Chitralekha Pasupuleti, MD

Dr. Chitralekha Pasupuleti is an internal medicine physician with more than a decade of clinical experience caring for patients in the Pacific Northwest. Originally from India, she earned her MBBS degree from the University of Notre Dame in Perth, Australia before completing her internal medicine residency at Southern Illinois University.

Dr. Pasupuleti has served in a number of leadership roles throughout her career. She spent over eight years as Medical Director for Hospitalist Services at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health’s St. Clare Hospital in Lakewood/Tacoma, where she worked closely with nursing teams and patients to enhance clinical outcomes and patient experience. Since 2021, she has also served as Chief of Medicine at St. Clare Hospital, where she was nominated and elected to the role in recognition of her commitment to excellence and quality care.

Snoqualmie Valley Health called to Dr. Pasupuleti because of its unique position as an independent public hospital and its strong connection to the community it serves. She is passionate about partnering with patients to manage chronic conditions, promote preventive health, and empower individuals through education. Her philosophy of care centers on meeting patients’ needs and supporting them in achieving long-term health and wellness.

Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time outdoors on nature walks, travel and exploring new foods. She loves cooking for family and friends and is married with one son who is currently in college.
