At Snoqualmie Valley Health, our Wound Care team is dedicated to providing comprehensive care that addresses both inpatient and outpatient needs. Led by Dr. Brennan Menninger, our primary wound care provider, and supported by Tia Taitano, BSN, CWON, our board-certified wound ostomy nurse, we specialize in treating a diverse range of acute and chronic wounds, as well as expertly managing new and established ostomies.
Dr. Menninger brings extensive expertise in wound care, ensuring that every patient receives personalized treatment plans designed to promote healing, enhance recovery, and prevent complications. His thorough understanding of wound management allows him to develop strategies tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Tia Taitano complements this with her specialized knowledge in wound and ostomy care, offering critical support and guidance throughout the healing process. Together, they foster a collaborative approach to wound management, focusing on optimizing patient outcomes through compassionate and individualized care.

Our Comprehensive Wound Services Include:
- Wound VAC (Vacuum-Assisted Closure)
- Total Contact Cast
- Debridement
- Advanced topical dressings
- Biologic products such as artificial skin, fibroblasts, or tissue
- Skin grafts, wound flaps, revascularization, or other surgeries (for wounds below the knee only)
- Fitting for compression stockings, diabetic footwear, orthopedic devices, and other equipment
- Suite of services for new and established ostomies, including pre-op marking, post-op follow-up, appliance fittings, and education
We work closely with primary care physicians and surgical groups to ensure seamless care for our patients. Referrals should be faxed to (425) 831-2396 for insurance authorization and scheduling. Our goal is to provide effective, patient-centered care that promotes healing, enhances quality of life, and empowers our patients to achieve the best possible outcomes on their journey to recovery.

Brennan Menninger

A Sammamish native, Dr. Menninger realized a passion for understanding human movement while obtaining his undergrad degree at WWU. While in Colorado, he received extensive training in foot and ankle reconstruction, sports medicine and biomechanics during residency.
“I chose SVH because I feel connected to this community,” he said. “It is my hope to provide quality and timely specialized care in a convenient location. There is a need for specialty foot and ankle care in the district and I look forward to working with existing services to coordinate patient care to help reduce pain and improve function for patients.”
