Our Rheumatology team provides expert care for systemic rheumatic diseases including rare and complex autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal conditions. We treat a wide range of disorders, such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, gout, lupus, scleroderma, Sjögren’s syndrome, vasculitis, inflammatory myositis, IgG4-related disease, connective tissue disease–associated lung involvement, and autoinflammatory syndromes.
Our specialists also manage rare and complex conditions such as IgG4-related disease, connective tissue disease–associated lung involvement, and autoinflammatory syndromes. Through personalized treatment plans and collaborative care, we help patients reduce pain, preserve mobility, and live active, fulfilling lives.

Bryanna Mantilla, MD
Bryanna Mantilla, MD
Dr. Bryanna Mantilla, MD, PhD, MPH is a board-certified rheumatologist with a passion for patient education, advocacy, and advancing equity in healthcare. Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Dr. Mantilla earned their medical degree from the University of Illinois and holds a PhD in Sociology, with research focused on health disparities and qualitative methods.
Before joining Snoqualmie Valley Health, Dr. Mantilla served as an Assistant Professor of Rheumatology at the University of Texas. They bring a strong academic background and a dedication to empowering patients through knowledge, helping them navigate complex rheumatologic conditions with confidence and clarity.
Dr. Mantilla was drawn to SVH by the opportunity to work for an independent public hospital and help fill a critical gap in rheumatology care while working with a great team in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Their clinical interests include inflammatory arthritis, axial spondyloarthropathy, systemic lupus, mixed connective disease and other overlap syndromes.
Outside of work, Dr. Mantilla enjoys hiking, gardening, needlecraft, and both board and video games. They share their home with an energetic heeler-husky mix who keeps them on their toes.
