Dr. Jeremy Storm is the Chief Medical Officer at Snoqualmie Valley Health. He is board-certified in internal medicine and infectious disease and oversees both the infectious disease and travel medicine clinics.
As an infectious disease specialist, Dr. Storm and the infectious disease team are experts in diagnosing, treating and managing infections caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites. Infections range from mild to severe and are among the leading causes of illness, disability and death worldwide. The travel medicine clinic, led by Dr. Storm, provides personalized health guidance, vaccinations and preventive medications tailored to your destination. Whether you’re traveling for work, leisure or adventure, our team ensures you stay healthy before, during and after your trip.



We treat a variety of infectious diseases, including:
- Bacterial infections – Cellulitis (skin infections), Staph/Strep infections, MRSA, pneumonia, recurrent urinary tract infections and drug-resistant infections.
- Viral infections – Hepatitis, HIV/AIDS, influenza and more.
- Fungal infections – Candidiasis, histoplasmosis, blastomycosis and aspergillosis.
We help you prepare for travel by offering:
- Pre-travel consultations – Assessing your health needs based on your itinerary, including required or recommended vaccinations.
- Travel vaccinations – Protection against diseases such as yellow fever, typhoid and hepatitis A and B.

Jeremy Storm
Originally hailing from Sioux Falls, SD, Dr. Storm graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Dakota in 2001, and Des Moines University with honors for medical school in 2005. He completed an internal medicine residency at the University of South Dakota, followed by an infectious disease fellowship at the University of Iowa.
Dr. Storm brings a wealth of experience to SVH, having founded the first multi-specialty practice in Sioux Falls in over 20 years in 2017, where he oversaw its growth and development to include family medicine, internal medicine, infectious disease, rehabilitation, psychiatry and hospitalist medicine. His professional journey also includes serving on various hospital committees, with a particular passion for community and critical access hospitals.
His clinical interests lie in infectious diseases, where he finds fulfillment in helping patients recover from significant illness, as well as promoting health and wellness on a community level. Dr. Storm is passionate about building successful teams and expanding both established and new service lines to meet the evolving needs of patients, families, physicians, staff and the care teams he serves.
Outside of work, he cherishes time spent with his two children, Willy and Zada. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, biking, and exploring the beauty of nature. He also has a passion for sports, games of all kinds, reading, food and traveling.
Dr. Storm is very excited to serve as Chief Medical Officer and looks forward to being a part of our growth and success!
