Renée K. Jensen 

Renée Jensen has more than 20 years in healthcare leadership within Washington State and deep community roots in Skykomish Valley. She most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer with EvergreenHealth. Previously, Jensen led Summit Pacific Medical Center for more than ten years as their Chief Executive Officer and Superintendent, while executing a successful financial turnaround, construction of a brand-new hospital, new medical clinic and implementing framework for a community-focused wellness center.

Jensen is known as an innovative, transparent leader who engages with the community to bring transformational healthcare to the communities she serves. She is a member of the Washington State Hospital Association strategic planning and board governance committees, the Vice Chair of the Association of Washington Public Hospital Districts, the Chair of the Rural Health Enterprise for the Washington State Rural Collaborative. She is actively involved in many community-based service organizations and enjoys spending her free time in the great outdoors with her family.

Chief Nursing Officer

Karyn Denton

Karyn Denton rejoined the district as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nursing Officer in June 2019, having served as a member of the executive team in 2008-2010. She has 30 years of operational and nursing leadership experience having worked in several healthcare organizations in the Puget Sound region. Ms. Denton has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Washington, and a MBA from Jones University. Ms. Denton resides in North Bend with her family and enjoys a variety of recreational activities in the area.

Chief Medical Officer

Jeremy Storm

Originally hailing from Sioux Falls, SD, Dr. Storm graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Dakota in 2001, and Des Moines University with honors for medical school in 2005. He completed an internal medicine residency at the University of South Dakota, followed by an infectious disease fellowship at the University of Iowa.

Dr. Storm brings a wealth of experience to SVH, having founded the first multi-specialty practice in Sioux Falls in over 20 years in 2017, where he oversaw its growth and development to include family medicine, internal medicine, infectious disease, rehabilitation, psychiatry and hospitalist medicine. His professional journey also includes serving on various hospital committees, with a particular passion for community and critical access hospitals.

His clinical interests lie in infectious diseases, where he finds fulfillment in helping patients recover from significant illness, as well as promoting health and wellness on a community level. Dr. Storm is passionate about building successful teams and expanding both established and new service lines to meet the evolving needs of patients, families, physicians, staff and the care teams he serves.

Outside of work, he cherishes time spent with his two children, Willy and Zada. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, biking, and exploring the beauty of nature. He also has a passion for sports, games of all kinds, reading, food and traveling.

Chief Financial Officer

Patrick Ritter

In December 2019, Patrick Ritter assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare and leadership, he has made significant contributions across various organizations within the Snoqualmie Valley. His journey began in 2004 as the Clinic Billing Manager, and by 2014, he had risen to the position of Revenue Cycle Director. Patrick holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Management from the University of Washington, complemented by an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University.

Currently residing in North Bend with his wife, Tricia, and their two daughters, Patrick actively engages in supporting Summit Classical Christian School, mission work, enjoys travel, and cherishes quality time with his family.

Chief of Strategic Operations

Tammy Moore

Dr. Moore oversees several strategic initiatives as part of the executive team, with focus on innovation, primary care and new service line development. She is passionate about equity and serving all of the residents of the Snoqualmie Valley and ensuring they have access to care and excellent customer service. With more than 20 years in healthcare, Dr. Moore spent 14 years at Summit Pacific Medical Center in Elma, WA. In her roles as Medical Staff President and Vice President of Care Transformation, Dr. Moore successfully built relationships with nursing and medical staff and as CCO she oversaw innovation efforts that focused on payment reform and redesign of healthcare delivery in Western Washington State. She feels strongly that innovation of the healthcare landscape is essential to building sustainable health organizations that serve in partnership with their communities.
