We accept lab referrals from any medical provider, making it easier for you to access the testing you need right here in our community, without the hassle of long commutes or wait times. And, you never need an appointment.

Outpatient Lab Hours
- Monday-Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Holidays: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Appointments are not required for routine testing, but they may help reduce your wait time and ensure a more streamlined experience. To schedule an appointment, please call (425) 831-2300.
Results
Results will be available electronically through the SVH MyChart patient portal immediately upon completion. Due to privacy restrictions, results cannot be sent by email.
If you do not have a MyChart account, you may request an activation code by calling 425-831-2300, pick up a printed copy of test results at SVH Main Reception, or call the lab at 425-831-2379.

Our lab is Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA) licensed and inspected by Washington State Department of Health.
Our phlebotomy team is certified by Washington State Department of Health.
Our testing personnel are American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) and Washington State certified to perform high complexity testing for the highest quality results.
