“Sometimes we all need a safe, non-judgmental space where we can just be who are,” she said. “My approach to counseling is to foster an honest and supportive relationship where healing and growth can occur. I do that by being present and collaborating with you to create a plan that addresses your needs and allowing the therapy process to unfold within your comfort level. I seek to understand the many aspects that make up who you are: physical, emotional and spiritual.”
